Primary role purpose:

Support MD India to seek appropriate appointments with various entities (BSNL, DOT, MOC, NSG, INSA, ISRO, SSF, ONGC, CISF, MHA, Railtel, TATA, MOD, CRPF, IITBP, CRPF, etc to name a few). Support in creating database of all important Inmarsat customers and Government officers.

Key Responsibilities:

• The candidate will be responsible for coordinating, maintaining Diaries of MD India, coordinate various meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• The candidate will also be Responsible for acting as a liaison between external vendors and other Departments. The candidate will maintain a database of various vendors including Rent a Car, stationary, courier services, custom clearance agents, etc. and support team India.
• The candidate will be responsible for the analysis and reporting of the tasks. The Administration Executive will be responsible for giving appropriate support to the team in India.
• Responsible in coordinating and communicating work. Supervise and extract output from various department employees in the organisation.
• The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining the Concur / expense details of MD India and also support MD India on booking hotels/flights, etc in coordination with travel teams. The candidate will also work with the travel team and local teams in India to support local team for getting visas, renewal of passports, etc
• The candidate will engage with his/her counterparts in London to ensure the meetings are scheduled properly for the team in India with appropriate colleagues in London.
• Maintain the Delhi office expenses statement and engage with the finance team for any explanations or briefings.
• The candidate will also coordinate with the Indian accounting team, legal consultants etc wherever needed on the guidance of Inmarsat India MD.
• The candidate will ensure the important official letters are submitted with appropriate receipt of the same.
• The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining all letters going out from Inmarsat Ventures/Inmarsat Global and Inmarsat India to various Government departments.
• Administrative support for organising events and Seminars in India.

Qualifications

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

• 5-10 years of Experience of Administration, HR.
• MBA HR/Administration preferably.
• Experience of working at the ground level.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Problem solving and strong analytical skills.
