We have an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk / Network Administrator to help us expand our firm. This position will be onsite in Houston TX 77058/77059.

Responsibilities

Assist employees and customer with basic IT needs such as network troubleshooting, application troubleshooting, Office 365 management and IT equipment maintenance.

Help manage growing wired and wireless network with Unifi / Cisco equipment.

Help maintain a secure IT environment.

Keep hardware up to date with patches, firmware.

Use help desk ticketing system to track work and communicate with customers.

Required Education Level: Associates or bachelor’s degree

Required Workforce Experience

Windows client administration - 5 years

Networking - 5 years

Required Skills

Windows 10/Windows 11 operating system knowledge

DHCP / DNS network troubleshooting

Familiar with Active Directory

Laptop imaging or Microsoft Intune knowledge
