What You'll Do
This is an ambitious role for a self-starter who’s eager to contribute in multiple ways to cutting-edge solution development on a small, fast-paced team. We have an immediate need for a senior Programmable Logic engineer with leadership skills to fill the role of Programmable Logic Lead. We also have near-term growth opportunities that require a Systems Engineer or a willingness to expand into that role. The ideal candidate will satisfy both roles.

You’ll play key roles in the design, development, delivery, and support of highly-specialized systems needed to support DoD, commercial, and civilian aviation communication systems. You’ll lead a small team of programmable logic engineers through entire lifecycles on both existing and future architectures. You’ll be in the lab, you’ll help design new architectures, you’ll interface with current and potential customers, and you’ll help capture new business and shape the future of our team. The role provides the opportunity to perform system engineering tasks with an emphasis on RF engineering. The applicant will be mentored to learn signal generation techniques to perform many of the system engineering tasks in our group.
