ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Business Intelligence Developer has the main responsibility of developing and maintaining the visual reports and the underlying data layers. In this position, you will interact with both internal and external team members and provide the best technical solutions for business requirements.

You will be responsible for
(this is not an exhaustive list):
- Develop and maintain Microsoft Power BI reports and the underlying data layers within the BI system environment
- Review and fine tune report deliverables with the team and stakeholders
- Translate business requirements and turn them into technical tasks to meet system specifications
- Extend the Business Intelligence QA area with dedicated reports to constantly improve and ensure our quality levels
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and test the solutions
- Participate in the specification of the data warehouse architecture
- Work together with ETL data warehouse developers
- Create technical documentation
- Supporting ad hoc analyzes and reports
Your Profile
Must Have
- Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, mathematics or comparable professional experience
- Min. 3 years of experience with:
- Microsoft Power BI building data sets, Power BI Report Builder, Power BI desktop, Data Analysis Expression (DAX)
- testing and validating reports and data sets
- developing SQL statements with PostgreSQL, Oracle SQL
- Familiar with Microsoft Power Automate (Flow), Azure Cloud, Atlassian Confluence, JIRA
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
