Summary
As a NASA Langley Office of the Chief Financial Officer Integration Manager matrixed to the NASA Engineering and Safety Center, you will lead and direct cross-functional activities, advise and resolve operational issues working across the Agency, collaborate to analyze and improve products and services, coordinate and integrate contract management efforts, and evaluate and integrate processes and systems to create efficiencies and enhance collaboration and reporting.

Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. To qualify for GS-14, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level: Providing program, planning, and control support (e.g., resource planning and phasing, cost estimating, variance analysis, milestone and schedule tracking) and reporting for multi-year technical activities; Solving complex problems/issues through collaboration with other organizations, agencies, and/or industry while managing multiple priorities and urgent requests for data and support; Developing, negotiating, and implementing complex procurement instruments across multiple organizations, Agencies, and industry to accomplish organizational missions and objectives; Collaborating with a variety of interfaces, such as senior-level technical Program Managers, Chief Engineers, contractors, and personnel industry, academia, other government agencies, and agency points of contact and legal and resources Offices.
