Maxar is currently seeking a Global Channel Operations Coordinator to join our Global Channel team. The Global Channel Operations Coordinator will be responsible for data management and administrative tasks that support our sales and Channel teams driving channel business with Maxar partners. You are detailed-oriented professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work with cross-functional teams to include sales, sales operations, marketing, legal and others.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to sales and partners for program questions, partner portal access/trouble shooting, sales and marketing requests, and more.
Assist with partner recruitment and onboarding activities
Provide enablement and communication support on channel related tools and processes, to both internal teams and Partners.
Manage Channel data and data integrity within Salesforce; data entry, analysis, reports, and dashboards to bring insights to the Global Channel team
Create and release global partner communications in the form of monthly newsletters
Support ongoing reporting needs, Partner Conference Business Reports, and Annual Business Plans
Minimum Requirements:
1- 3 years of experience in channel, sales operations, channel marketing or business operations
1 year of experience using Salesforce
Bachelor’s degree in business, GIS, Computer Science, Finance, or related STEM field
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including problem solving, listening and relationship building
Experience with project or program management; developing plans, tracking against activities, measuring results.
Sound written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of Channel Sales process and methodologies
Familiarity with Salesforce Partner Communities
Salesforce certifications
