Description
PLD Space is a company on process of new funding to support its business plan. We are looking for a junior profile with 2-3 years’ experience in the investing and M&A areas for technology start-ups or scale-ups to support the financial and business development team in the BackOffice.
Its main mission will be to promote the generation and management of the different leads and to create and keep updated all the marketing material related to the financing process.
Responsibilities
- Support to Business Development and Financial area to create and improve relations with potential investors of the company and shareholders.
- Prepare material for investors such as business plans, investment decks, financial model, etc.
- Maintenance of the CRM tool.
- Attendance to meeting and preparation of minutes and memo.
- Responsible for the PLD Space Data Center for M&A operations.
Required Knowledge
- Experience and knowledge of tech and industrial sector at an international level.
- Experience and knowledge elaborating documentation for investors and M&A deals: Business Plans, Presentations for investors, financial models, captable management, etc.
- Knowledge of the Venture Capital sector and private investors.
- Due Diligence experience.
- CRM management
Required competences
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office package (Power Point, MS Office).
- 2 years of experience in strategy consulting or investment banking or similar.
- Development of marketing material, analysis and presentations. Good design style is required.
- Perform database searches and data analysis in Excel/PowerBI.
- Good management of digital tools in the cloud such as Data Centers, Microsoft SharePoint, ERPs, etc.
- Comfortable in an interdisciplinary and international environment.
- High level of written and spoken English.
- High level of written and spoken Spanish.
Valued competences
- Specific knowledge in the space sector will be valued positively
- Having worked on other financing rounds for other technology companies.
