Are you looking for a 6 month internship starting as soon as possible?
This is an exciting opportunity to become part a fast-paced, growing organization within a dynamic industry. We are looking for a person to provide overall assistance and support to the Facility Management Security Team in Betzdorf, Luxembourg.
The Facility Management Assistant will be responsible to design, develop and implement a new Authorization To Work (ATW) database system that will store and manage all necessary data related to external companies work authorizations including Health and safety regulations. Request, approvals and necessary workflow needs to be created to inform the stakeholders of the areas and the security guards.
Your responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
- Create architecture of a new worldwide usable and user-friendly platform for SES ATW, covering all aspects of existing tool;
- Collaborate with FM, legal, HC and other departments to ensure that all necessary data and information are collected and included in the various workflows;
- Generate reports and analytics to track trends and identify areas for improvement;
- Creation of several short videos for SES global employees to explain the FM main tools: OnTime, Logitech/Videoconferences, adding a room to a conference…);
- Improve, update, and harmonize the FM Global webpages of the company intranet (Worldwide);
- Advertise our Digital Signage infrastructure together with Internal communication to other departments.
YOUR PROFILE
- You must have
- Current Bachelor's student in computer science, information technology or related field;
- Experience in database management, preferably in a facility management;
- Strong technical skills in database design, development and maintenance;
- Fluency in spoken and written English with additional languages considered an asset;
- EU-citizenship or valid work permit for Luxembourg.
- It would be nice if you had
- Familiarity with government regulations related to authorization to work;
- Computer literacy (Main MS Office apps & Proficient in database management software such as ‘ServiceNow’ is considered as an advantage);
- Knowledge of database security protocols and best practices;
- Keen interest in the Facility Management process.
