Summary
Serve as the Science Mission Directorate (SMD) Interagency Agreements (IAA) Lead at NASA Headquarters, paving the way for the Agency's next missions for the Artemis Generation. Partnering with senior executives and management, scientists and researchers, the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, the Office of Procurement, the Office of General Counsel, and SMD partners (internal/external entities), to manage the 7600A/B process, intergovernmental personnel act agreements and other IAAs.

Qualifications
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. To qualify for GS-15, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level: Making recommendations and overseeing to ensure the process and development and execution of federal agreements related to 7600A/B, intergovernmental personnel act agreements (IPA), space act agreements (SAA), and other interagency agreements (IAA) or similar; Performing program/project management which includes project formulation, implementation, technical and schedule management within contracts, configuration management, project controls, financial management, policy management and IT systems management; Integrating multiple stakeholders by utilizing multiple IT/ financial management systems to ensure policy management process requirements.
