Project Coordinator on the Technology, Engineering, and Aerospace Mission Support (TEAMS 3) Contract at NASA Langley Research Center (LaRC) in Hampton, VA.
The TEAMS 3 contract conducts and supports research and technology development to meet evolving NASA mission objectives. The work requirements include support of scientific research; engineering design, analysis, development; Technology Readiness Level (TRL) advancement of work associated with evolving NASA missions; implementation of technology programs; test implementation and operations; systems analysis and conceptual design; and program/project management support, including project coordination.

Barrios Technology is hiring personnel at all levels to support the Technology, Engineering, and Aerospace Mission Support (TEAMS 3) Contract at NASA Langley Research Center (LaRC).
We are seeking talented, motivated professionals to staff this program. The TEAMS 3 contract has many interesting opportunities as its objective is to conduct and support research and technology development to meet evolving NASA mission objectives. The work requirements include support of scientific research; engineering design, analysis, development; Technology Readiness Level (TRL) advancement of work associated with evolving NASA missions; implementation of technology programs; test implementation and operations; systems analysis and conceptual design; and program/project management support.
Project Coordinator (PC) responsibilities include a multitude of efforts necessary to support the program management team and team requirements. Each PC job includes a unique combination of the tasks listed below throughout the period of performance.
The Barrios Team is looking for experienced personnel with skills in the following areas to support the Systems Analysis and Concepts Directorate (SACD)
- Excellent communication and coordination capabilities with internal and external stakeholders to include chairing working groups, and hosting information sharing sessions.
- Sharepoint expert to support variety of data organization, consolidation, maintenance activities.
- Ability to gather data, manage storage, and distribution.
- Presentation and data package development utilizing PowerPoint capabilities.
- Meeting support to include scheduling, logistics, setup, integration of presentation materials, and real-time meeting support.
- Tracking program data to include action items, safety metrics, data package deliverables, as well as project resources and acquisitions.
- Event planning support to include on-site and off-site technically oriented meetings, programmatic reviews, working groups, panels, and boards.
- Provide coordination, tracking, and reporting of all software management activities, including software process artifact development, inventory maintenance and documentation
- Ability to anticipate customer needs and act proactively to make it happen.
- Demonstrate a history of innovative thinking and process improvement identification and implementation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education/Experience/Skills
- Minimum education and experience requirements will vary depending on position. All positions are open to the substitution of years of experience for degree requirements.
- Masters Degree with 5+ years Exp., Bachelors Degree with 10+ years Exp., or 20+ years Exp.
- OR -
- Masters Degree, Bachelors Degree with 5+ years Exp., or 15+ years Exp.
- All positions will require the ability to pass a National Agency Check with Investigation (NACI).
Preferences
- Experience with Microsoft Suite to include Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft Project.
- Ability to utilize meeting tools such as TEAMS, Skype, Zoom.
